Serving people of all ages (many over 60), the homeless, those with little or no income, those with housing but not enough resources to get by, those who have experienced trauma, abuse, or domestic violence, and those struggling with mental illness.

Men and women come to the Lunch Bag program four mornings a week for a bag lunch and sometimes extras such as toiletries, laundry soap, dog or cat food, shoes, socks, peanut butter, cereal or pizza.
MON and WED 12:00 - 4:00 PM
FRI 12:00 - 3:00 PM
Lifted Spirits is open for women three afternoons a week. They receive a home cooked lunch and can go to the boutique for clothing and toiletries. They find here a safe place to rest and a community of supportive women.
